Where your organization manages its users, email domains, accounts and billing, and how to open it.
Organization settings is where your organization manages everything outside the catalog itself: its users and what they may do, its email domains, its accounts and its billing.
Open Organization settings
Section titled “Open Organization settings”- In the app, open the user menu: the person icon at the top right of the header.
- Beside your organization’s name, select Organization settings.
To manage another organization, open the user menu and look under Switch account, which lists your other accounts by organization. Select Organization settings beside the organization; it is there for each one you may manage. An organization with no accounts of its own isn’t listed there: open Organization settings for any organization, select its name at the left of the menu bar, and choose the organization in Manage Organizations.
Find your way around
Section titled “Find your way around”Organization settings is navigated from the menu bar across the top of every page:
| Menu bar entry | What it opens |
|---|---|
| The organization’s name | Manage Organizations, where you switch to another organization. |
| Dashboard | The organization’s details and its accounts, with Edit organization, where you can require two-factor authentication. Under Administration you can delete the organization. |
| Accounts | The organization’s accounts, where you can delete an account. |
| Team | Users, User groups and Invitations, where you add users. |
| Transactions | The organization’s invoices. |
| Settings | Billing and Email domains, where you add email domains. |
What you see depends on your permissions: Accounts is there only if you may manage accounts, and an item under Team or Settings that you lack the permission for is shown but can’t be selected.
How you sign in yourself — your password, Google and Microsoft, two-factor authentication — isn’t in Organization settings: each user manages it on their own Security page.
